2. Definitions

Wool Street refers to our company, the Wool Street platform and all related websites, applications and services.

User refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.

AI Experts or AI agentsrefers to AI driven model portfolios, strategies and related explanations made available through the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Wool Street promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. AI Features and Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, scores, summaries, model portfolios and other outputs. AI generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or based on historical data that does not reflect current conditions.

You understand and agree that AI generated content is provided as a tool to support your own research and that you remain responsible for independently evaluating any investment decision. You should not rely solely on AI outputs when making financial decisions.

7. Market Data and Third Party Services

The Service may display market data, news or other information obtained from third party providers. Such data may be delayed, inaccurate or incomplete and is provided "as is" for your convenience. Wool Street does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any third party data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality, including text, graphics, logos, charts, AI models, scoring frameworks and software, are owned by Wool Street or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non exclusive, non transferable and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software used in the Service, except as permitted by law.

9. Termination

Wool Street may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access or use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

If you continue to use the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
